Molino<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 een eerbetoon aan zijn <strong>vader Ernesto<\/strong> \u2013 produceert hij jaarlijks ongeveer <strong>6.000 flessen<\/strong> van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Bricco Rocca<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Deze verfijnde Barolo, gemaakt een 100% <a href=\"https:\/\/barazelles.be\/product-tag\/nebbiolo\/\"><strong>Nebbiolo<\/strong><\/a>-wijn, dankt zijn frisse en aromatische karakter aan een <strong>koude pre-fermentatie maceratie<\/strong>, een techniek die de fruitexpressie versterkt en de structuur verfijnt. Ondanks zijn jonge leeftijd onthult deze Barolo al een rijke gelaagdheid met diepe tertiaire tonen. Verwacht <strong>intense aroma\u2019s<\/strong> van kersen in likeur, cacao en karamel, gecombineerd met een elegante,<strong> fluweelzachte afdronk<\/strong>f.
